Quality policy

The LEPSE (Laboratory of Plant Ecophysiology under Environmental Stress) is a Joint Research Unit (UMR) supported by two supervisory bodies: INRAE through the Environment and Agronomy Department and the Agro/Montpellier SupAgro Institute.
The LEPSE implements research and expertise activities for its own teams and through academic and private partnerships. These activities focus on identifying ways to improve plant tolerance to water and heat stress. They are based in particular on the development of a set of high-throughput phenotyping platforms (M3P) which is part of the PHENOME investment project and which has been awarded the IBISA label.
The main objectives of the unit's quality policy stem from our desire to conduct excellent research based on an efficient organisation. Within the framework of a quality approach in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard and in compliance with the applicable requirements, we therefore undertake to

  •     Guarantee the implementation, follow-up and valorisation of the research projects in which we are involved
  •     Ensuring a high level of technicality and competence through a proactive policy of support and training for all staff, and technological developments
  •     Continuously improve the efficiency of the quality management system and thus of our organisation.
