I joined LEPSE on 8 April 2024. As orders and invoicing manager, my job is to ensure that researchers have the equipment they need as quickly as possible so that they can carry out their experiments. To do this, I take care of the complete follow-up of their orders: from the creation of the order to the payment procedures. I take care of the agents' mission orders and their expense accounts, which include booking hotels and transport tickets, as well as accounting for meals, services, etc. I also take care of placing orders for the group so that everyone has the necessary equipment or a pleasant and appropriate workspace. Finally, I also deal with the various statements, such as the FCM or MOONCARD statements.
