Head of Information Systems and Communications

I'm Head of Information Systems and Communication at LEPSE, where I work on optimising data management and strengthening scientific communication to support INRAE's research activities.

Missions

• Multi-Source and Multi-Scale Data Management: Responsible for the collection, storage and organisation of data in the PHIS information system for the M3P (UMR LEPSE) and Diaphen (UE Diascope) platforms, guaranteeing their optimal exploitation.
• Development of routines and applications: Design and development of new routines and applications to ensure the traceability and interoperability of the phenotypic and environmental data collected by the various devices on the M3P and Diaphen platforms.
• Information Systems Development Strategy: Development of UMR LEPSE's information systems strategy, including the design and implementation of the data management plan (DMP), as well as the maintenance and development of specialised databases.

Interactions

I work closely with the LEPSE M3P-Dev research and development team, the DIAPHEN platform manager, as well as with UMR MISTEA, the scientific users, the technical managers of the devices and the IT infrastructure administrators.
